Frequently Asked Questions

How do you work?
The first thing that we do is talk to you about what you want. We will give you a few ideas and suggestions to make the day very special. We'll go through the schedule of the day and make sure that we're well organised in advance. We'll do all the research we need to do a fantastoc job.

What happens if it rains?
Most venues have provisional plans for rain, so we'll have a chat to them beforehand and make sure we're prepared just in case. We'll check the weather report to make sure that the rain doesn't spoil the photographs.

Do you require a deposit and when is the balance due?
We'll ask for a deposit when you book us, to confirm the booking. Deposit are normally %50. Remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the booking.

If I book who will be the photographer?
Depending on your budget and requirements, we have 3 solutions. A Head Photographer, a General Photographer and a Junior photographer. So you can choose the one that suits your neeeds best.

Can I see some specific samples of your work that relate to what i need?

Of course we can show you the lots of examples of our work, and we would suggest you meet us in person so we can go through your needs and show you anything all our samples.

Do we get all images on a disc or prints?
This depends on what package you choose and what we agree, but we can provide any solution you need.

If the shoot or studio hire overruns will there be any extra charges?
Yes, we break down our prices per hour, so depending on the service you are getting there will be an extra charge. Unless the reason for the extension is our responsability, then we wont.
Usually not, we try and be as flexible as possible. However, if a set time is agreed overtime can be agreed beforehand.

Are there any other charges on top of the quoted price?
There are no hidden costs, we charge what we agree and that will be it. Upon request we will send you a clear quote with everything explained.
We like being transparent, and just like everybody else, we dont like little nasty surprises.

Parking information
Monday to Saturdays nearby areas: Pay and display £2 per hour – no return within 4 hours,
Saturday parking is free only on Wrexham rd (where the bus depot is)
Sundays parking is free
Unloading your car can be done in front of our building and we will happily assist you.

Do you hire gear of any type?
We have tons of gear in the studio which is included in the hire. (See gear list on the studio hire page) But should you need anything we dont have then we can still help.
We have teamed up with a hire company, so now we can provide the hire of any piece of gear you need. Just ask us for the price list.
